UNDEREXPOSED ARTS ("UNDEREXPOSED ARTS"/"we"/"us"/"our") take privacy and our use of your data seriously and acknowledge the importance of protecting any personal information – that is, any information from which a person can be identified, such as names, contact details and ID information (in this Privacy Policy we call this "Personal Information") that we hold.

This Privacy Policy sets out how we will use and protect Personal Information collected by us when you use this website (the "Website") and how we will use and protect any Personal Information in respect of any future interactions between us and you (including if you become a member or supporter). WHAT WE COLLECT

When you contact us or make an enquiry via our Website, whether to apply to become part of our programme or to support our programme, we ask you to provide certain information such as your title, name, surname, contact number, email address and postal address.

If you decide to become an UNDEREXPOSED ARTS member we will collect additional information including a username or identifier, your date of birth and gender.

Please ensure that any Personal Information you provide us with is accurate and complete and you notify us of any changes to your Personal Information as soon as possible so that we can update our records.

We may also collect your IP address for the purposes of analytics.

WHAT WE DO WITH THE PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We will only use Personal Information which is provided to us, or otherwise obtained by us, as set out in this Privacy Policy and we will ensure that your Personal Information is handled in accordance with Data Protection Legislation.

We use your Personal Information to register new applicants or supporters where you give us permission to do so. We may also use your Personal Information to ask for reviews or to send you invitations to UNDEREXPOSED ARTS events, where we have your permission to do so.

We may also use your Personal Information to send you marketing communications about UNDEREXPOSED ARTS news or events where we have your permission to do so. You have the right to ask us not to process your Personal Information for marketing purposes at any time. You may opt out of receiving marketing emails from us by following the instructions outlined in any marketing emails you receive.

HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We will only keep your Personal Information for as long as we reasonably require and, in any event, only for as long as Data Protection Legislation and our own internal rules and policies allow.

If you are an UNDEREXPOSED ARTS member and we have not had contact with you for two years, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue your membership. If you decide to discontinue membership or we do not hear from you, we will delete your Personal Information.

HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We have put in place technical and organisational measures to protect your Personal Information against loss, theft and unauthorised use, access or modification, however we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted via our Website. Access to your Personal Information will be limited to our employees, agents, contractors and other third-party partners. We will only store your Personal Information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to do so.

We will only store your Personal Information within the UK and will not transfer it overseas.
